BAGS PRODUCTION TIME:

Due to high demand, please expect a 2-6 weeks timeframe for bag production. All bags are made to order. Handmade with love, for you. 

UPDATE: 

I’ve reached full capacity for the 2–6 weeks sewing timeline window.

Orders placed after December 24th will fall within a 2–8 weeks sewing process timeline.

SHIPPING:

All handmade bags are shipped after being made within 2 to 5 days.

We ship to Canada, U.S. & Internationally.

All shipping costs are calculated at checkout. 

International deliveries may have duties and taxes. Customers are responsible for these charges.

Shipping time is on top of production time. 

Holiday Notice: Delivery by Christmas is not guaranteed due to high demand and handmade production timelines. All pouches are handmade with care and cannot be rushed.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS:

Once a pouch order is placed, it is immediately added to production queue, and materials and production time are allocated.

All sales are final once placed.

No cancellations and no refunds. 

No exchanges or returns, as all pouches are made to order.
